Firefighters have been training for rescue operations at the 9th Asian Winter Games, which opened on February 7 in northeast China's Harbin. Drills simulate emergencies, such as rescuing stranded cable car passengers, injured skiers and those who fall through ice. With 64 events across 11 winter sports, the Games bring together 1,275 athletes from 34 countries and regions, making it the largest edition ever.
