On December 22,2023,the Legal Service Guide for the 9th Asian Winter Games in Harbin 2025, prepared by the Security and Legal Affairs Department of the Executive Committee of the Asian Winter Games was officially completed. Based on the legal needs of each departments (office), the guide clarifies the working mechanism and operation approach of legal services. It helps to promote and ensure the implementation of relevant legal documents and legal obligations of the Asian Winter Games, reduce or avoid legal risks, and support the smooth, safe and orderly development of the preparations for the Asian Winter Games.
During the preparation of the Guide, the Security and Legal Affairs Department has fully consulted with professionals such as lawyers and arbitration institutions to ensure that the content of the Guide is comprehensive and accurate. After careful consideration, the Guide includes lawyers, notaries and arbitration services into the scope of legal services, accurately covering the needs of the whole process of the preparation of the Asian Winter Games. In the Guide, each type of service includes service introduction, service scope, required materials, work flow, etc., and provides service flow charts to effectively improve service experience. According to the Guide, legal services related to the Asian Winter Games will be centrally managed and provided by a specialized legal service team assigned by the Security and Legal Affairs Department. This department will respond to the legal needs of all departments (offices) in a timely manner, carry out legal services according to the work process, follow up the work progress and situation at any time, and provide high-quality and convenient legal services for all departments (offices).
