According to reports, the Harbin Fire Rescue Brigade organized a study group to visit Beijing, Chengdu, and Hangzhou to learn fire security work for large-scale events. The group members comprehensively inspected the opening and closing ceremony venues, athletes' villages and other places at the above three locations, and further improved the fire safety work plan.

At the same time, the Harbin Fire Rescue Brigade cooperated with experts to carry out fire safety inspections on the venues and hotels of the Asian Winter Games. For the units with hidden safety risks, the brigade provided guidance, service and technical support to the maximum extent to assist them in completing the rectification.

The Harbin Fire Rescue Brigade has formulated the "Harbin 2025 Asian Winter Games Fire Security and Rescue Work Plan" and "Accident Disposal Plan", and carried out safety checks and actual combat exercises for the venues of the Asian Winter Games one by one.
