On December 13th, 2023,the OCA sponsor delegation docking meeting was held at the Asian Winter Edifice. Yang Aiguo, Deputy Secretary-general of Harbin Municipal People’s Government and Secretary-general of the Executive Committee, presided over the meeting. Representatives from the Executive Committee, the Human Resources and Volunteer Service Department of the Executive Committee, the Venue and Infrastructure Construction Department, the Information Technology Department, the Major Events Department, Security and Legal Affairs Department, the Asian Winter Games Village Department and other related departments of the Games, attended the meeting.

The OCA sponsor delegation was led by Xu Fengyun, director of OCA's Official Resource Library. The participating companies came from a wide range of fields such as network information security, apparel, furniture, acoustics, and daily-use ceramics, etc., which had a long history of cooperation and friendly relations with OCA. On behalf of the Executive Committee of the Asian Winter Games, Yang Aiguo welcomed the delegation of OCA sponsors and expressed his gratitude to Xu Fengyun for his support in the preparation of the Games. Yang said that compared to other international intercontinental games, the Asian Winter Games had less time to prepare. Thanks to their arrival, the OCA sponsor delegation played a positive role in promoting the Executive Committee's preparatory work. He hoped that the two sides could carry out in-depth exchanges and more cooperation, and work jointly to promote the efficiency of preparatory work.

At the meeting, Xu Fengyun introduced the representatives of the sponsors. He said that those sponsors were close partners with the OCA for a long time, and they hoped to participate in more OCA activities and empower each other with the rich experience and brand values of their companies. The participating departments (offices) of the Executive Committee of the Games briefed their work responsibilities and the matters that needed the cooperation with sponsors in the preparatory work, and put forward specific opinions and suggestions. The representatives of the companies introduced their respective areas of expertise and competition experience, and expressed their willingness to participate in the 9th Asian Winter Games.

The meeting pointed out that all departments (offices) should act quickly to seize the opportunity of the OCA sponsor delegation's visit to Harbin, adopting a variety of ways such as "one-to-one" and "one-to-many", deeply explore the cooperation opportunities between the two sides in fields such as business and technology. With substantive cooperation and exchanges, the preparatory work could be boosted in a better and smoother way.
