The Heilongjiang Yabuli Sports Training Base, also known as the Yabuli Ski Resort, is a provincial-level public institution under the Heilongjiang Provincial Sports Bureau. It is the largest comprehensive ski resort in the province, integrating both competitive and recreational skiing. As the birthplace of snow sports in China, it has earned the reputation of being the cradle of Chinese skiing champions. Recognized by the General Administration of Sport of China as a National Comprehensive Sports Training Base (2015) and a National Sports Industry Demonstration Unit (2015), it also serves as a winter training base for China's polar research expeditions.

Established in 1974, the base is situated within the Yabuli Ski Resort in Shangzhi City, Heilongjiang Province, approximately 25 kilometers southwest of Yabuli Town. Nestled at the northern foot of the Zhangguangcai Range, specifically the Daguo Kui (1374.8 meters), Erguo Kui (1258.1 meters), and Sanguo Kui (1000 meters) peaks, the base is located at 120°5' East and 44°6' North, covering an area of 255 hectares. With its cool summers, high oxygen levels, long winters, and excellent snow quality, the base is one of the few comprehensive training bases in China that can be used year-round.
