On December 5,2023,Heilongjiang Committee of China National Democratic Construction Association held a "Smart Asian Winter Games" Symposium, and Zhang Yubin, vice chairman of the Association attended the meeting. The meeting aims to further improve the quality of the suggestions put forward to make the Asian Winter Games smarter, so as to contribute more wisdom and strength to Harbin's preparation for the Games.

At the meeting, participants with various professional backgrounds carried out in-depth research on smart venue construction, smart event organization, smart transportation, and display city highlights, and put forward a number of targeted, valuable and operable opinions and suggestions. They expressed their willingness to help Harbin to present its characteristics and style as the "hometown of many Winter Olympics champions" and a that holds the Asian Winter Games twice, enhance its city influence in the country and even the world, build itself as the "capital of ice and snow culture", and promote the development of the whole industrial chain of its ice and snow economy.

The meeting pointed out that it is necessary to further implement the research results of organizing the meeting smartly, and offer good suggestions for improving the quality of Harbin city so as to welcome the Games. The working group should not only learn from the good experience of advanced regions in hosting games, but also focus on small problems according to the actual situation, take into account the overall situation, and help Harbin welcome the Asian Winter Games with a more beautiful city appearance, more comprehensive service functions, and a more enthusiastic social atmosphere.
