On December 6,2023， the IT Department of the Executive Committee of the Asian Winter Games held the information technology work promotion meeting of the Asian Winter Games in the Asian Winter Games Edifice. Luan Zhicheng, Deputy Mayor of Harbin and Director of the IT Department attended the meeting, and Chi Youyong, Deputy Director of IT Department attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Zhang Wencheng, Executive Deputy Director of the IT Department, reported the development of the department's recent key work, analyzed the difficulties and problems existing in the current work, and put forward specific arrangements for the next step. The meeting heard reports on the overall planning of the information technology work of the Asian Winter Games, the construction of the general command center, the construction of the office system of the Executive Committee and the construction of the "Asian Winter Games Tour" in Harbin, and made deployment on key issues.

The meeting pointed out that the IT Department, as an important support and guarantee department of the event, should promote the information technology preparation of the Asian Winter Games with high standards and complete various tasks in strict accordance with the time limit. At the same time, the department should fully consider the market and other factors, and increase the efforts to win corporate sponsorship. It is also necessary to adhere to the frugal running of the tournament, further confirm the must-build projects of the event, and compress the budget as much as possible.

The meeting stressed that information technology work should adhere to the principle of simplicity and efficiency, spend little money, and do great things. The department budget should be carefully sorted and confirmed with the must-build project. As the demand department, the IT Department and the Market Development Department should work together to communicate with sponsors. Where conditions permit, the IT Department should give priority to local enterprises and increase support for local enterprises. It is also necessary to rationally plan the layout of the general command center and the information technology command center, fully consider the future availability, and coordinate the renovation and maintenance, event security and post-race utilization.

During the meeting held in the Asian Winter Games Edifice, Luan Zhicheng visited the General Command Center, the Information Technology Command Center and the IT Department, and made a special trip to meet with Zhang Chao, technical expert of the Information Center of the State General Administration of Sports.
