On January 4th, the Executive Committee of the Asian Winter Games and the delegation of the Organizing Committee of Hangzhou Asian Games held a symposium in Harbin, hoping to learn the valuable experience of Hangzhou Asian Games through face-to-face exchanges and promote the further improvement of quality and efficiency of the preparations for the Asian Winter Games. Zhang Qixiang, Executive Director of the Executive Committee and Mayor of Harbin, and Chen Weiqiang, Executive Secretary of the Hangzhou Asian Winter Games Committee and Deputy Mayor of Hangzhou, attended the symposium and delivered speeches.

At the symposium, the members of the delegation of the Organizing Committee of the Hangzhou Asian Games also shared their experiences on personnel management training, competition organization, publicity, media operation and organization of the opening and closing ceremonies.
